After successful order payment, we will communicate with the client regarding subsequent arrangements based on the project situation. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, any unconfirmed additional work is not within the scope of the original order service.

If the project needs to be rescheduled due to inaccurate information provided by the client, inability to access the construction site, or other client-related reasons, the client may bear the relevant additional costs, subject to the information confirmed by both parties.

4. Project Arrangement

Installation services typically require advance communication and scheduling. Before the project begins, we may need to confirm property conditions, equipment information, installation location, and other necessary conditions.

Actual construction time may be affected by property conditions, equipment supply, weather, on-site safety requirements, or other uncontrollable factors. In the event of reasonable delays, we will communicate new arrangements with the client as appropriate.
