We work with customers to understand the existing heating arrangement, intended use, installation location, equipment requirements, and practical site conditions. After the service deposit is paid, we will contact you to discuss the project and arrange an on-site appointment. Once the installation details have been reviewed and confirmed, the service will be scheduled and the agreed heat pump system installation will be completed on site.
